I was in first 25K customer, as I was so much excited, I have booked Ax5 (DSL) 7 str in Midnight Black, but after hearing that there are so many basic features are missing in this variant, I have changed my mind, and last week only after clearing all my doubts, I have upgrade the model to Ax7L, I know that delivery will be late, but no worry, I am so much happy to do that.

There are 34 features difference, and these features only cost ₹3,80,000/-, if you are Spending so many lakhs why don't you spread some more and buy a good variant. That's what I want to say. 2nd row seat adjustable ka b request bahot customers ne kiya he so automatically 3rd row knee comfort badh jaega.. I thought k ispe maximum customers ne advice diya hoga..so ye change to mahidra ne sabse pehle karna chaiye tha.. Cosmetic chnage karne se jyada ye wala change karte to jyada faidemand rehta.. So ispe mahindra dhyan dene wala he ya nai..? And aur ek chnage - aapne 3D sound jo automatic L variant me diya he wo samw sound ap LX manual me b de.. Because Lx manual b manual ka top variant hi he.. Kynki automatic and manual ye totally different categorizes he.. So manual top end me b wo sare features hone chaiye jo automatic L varint me he except ADAS (auto break, speed control etc)

“Customer is the king” if you truly mean it u could have focused on the after sales service. Even today ur technicians cannot even find the fault forget solving it, they are just dependant on the plant team and raise TAR for all the new gen products like xuv 300/500 etc and now 700 will join the gang. Servicing is still pathetic and they should focus more on this part first rather overhyping the products to sell it and then just forgetting about the customer problems.

Mahindra dealers selling in black, 2. Bookings done on 7th don't have even dates while people who booked their cars on 10th have their cars in garage, 3. Why mahindra dealers are forcing their bloated and inflated insurance policies to customers, 4. Why handling charges of Rs 9090 5. Why essential accessories of Rs 40K is forced upon 6. Why there's no Apple carplay and Android auto isn't certified yet 7. Why e-sim card of vodafone with 2GB limit per day only 8. Why dash cam card isn't there and how do we install it I know Mr Vice President won't have been able to answer all this but these should've the questions.
