Asalamualaikum friends Welcome Back to My channel So in todays Video i am going to show you how you can make Restaurant Style Kashmiri Kabab Kanti at home
A Mughlai dish that will be a treat for your eyes and taste buds as well, this kabab recipe belongs to Kashmir. The boneless kabab pieces in this dish are shallow fried and are prepared with tomatoes, onions, capsicum, green chillies and curd. It is meant to be eaten with either roti or steamed rice.
Ingredients used
4-5 Kababs
2 onions finely (sliced)
1 capsicum (Chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
Coriander (finely chopped)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Vinegar/ Lemon Juice
3 tsp Curd
salt (As required)
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds/zeera
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp fennel seed powder
