Hi Monica and Michael (Monica see your name is first!) -- I had just gotten done listening to this podcast and headed out for a Dr appt. Things didn't go as planned from the get go and a voice in my head kept telling me, I should just get up and go. So I did! (Long story short went to an Orthopedist for my back - told referring Dr. I never will have surgery and come to find out this Dr I was waiting to see only wanted to talk surgery!) Get back to my office momentarily upset. Take a pause. And then "the message came", call the acupuncturist! Taking the natural approach first! So I did! Thank you for the reminder to just stay calm and wait for the message! All day long today I kept talking to the creator, my soul and my guides saying I am open to receiving their messages and I also prayed for the wisdom to understand the incoming messages so I can use them to better not only my life but the lives around me. Always valuable lessons -- but today also valuable messages!! thank you! Carol
