You have made several mistakes in your description, all in which are related to the timelines. In February 2006, KABC-TV became the first station in California to be in high definition, so it's a bit appalling that it says 2007 in each end. Also, the changed their HD graphics and have upgraded their logo in 2008. The last one says [2011 - Present]...it's 2012 that they have changed their graphics once again. .-.

I think "Eddie" referred to Ed Arnold, KABC's sports man in the 70s to mid-80s.
