Sahir sb had to change a lot in this Ghazal as it was written in pure urdu which cannot be understood by hindi speaking audience. For example where Amitabh says "ye ranjo gham ki siyahi jo dil pe chhaai hay" The original Shair is "Ye teergi jo meri zeest ka muqaddar hay" 😜
