Kabini Boat Safari Timings: Boat Safari in Kabini river is done twice a day- 3.30 PM to 6.15 PM and 6.30 AM to 9.15 AM
Cost: Cost of a boat safari is included in the room rental paid by guests of Kabini River Lodge operated by Jungle Lodge & Resorts. For external guests a charge is payable, which may vary based on nationality (Indians/foreigners) and weekday/weekend. When you book a stay in any resorts in the Kabini area, your host will arrange for a boat safari for you. Slots will be limited on each safari hence advance booking is strongly recommended.
Note: Boat safari may be suspended during summer months when water level is too low or during rainy season when river may be overflowing.
How to reach Kabini: Kabini is 80 kms from Mysuru and 240 kms from Bengaluru. Mysuru is well connected by air, rail and road network. From Mysuru Kabini can be reached by taxi.
Places to stay in Kabini: Evolve Back Kabini is a luxury resort on the banks of Kabini River. Jungle Lodges & Resorts runs Kabini River Lodge on the other side of Kabini River. There are other resorts and homestays around Kabini and more options are available at Mysuru city, 80 kms from Kabini.

Thank you for contacting us. Yes kids are allowed there. And you can book your tickets at www.nagaraholetigerreserve.com . It's better to book early if you are planning to visit in the weekend especially during govt. holidays included(sat or mon). Or you can get the tickets in offline also. Apart from that in the weekdays it will be less crowded, so no need to worry about online booking.

The chances of sighting is always high here in every season. You can see tiger, leapord, elephants, indian gaur, deers, dhole, bear etc

It's depends on our luck bro. Nobody can't predict that. Still there are good chances of big cats sighting in Dammanakatte safari within one or two.

We took more than 4 safaris both morning and evening to make this video. And there is only canter or van safari available for public. The timing is from morning 6 to 9:30 and in the evening 3 to 6. We suggest you early in the morning or in the evening safari for better sighting.

You need to go early in the morning due to weekend. So that you will get the tickets in offline easily. Make sure that you will reach soon there.

Only bus or canter safari is available here. Safari timings here is from morning 6 to 8:30 and in the evening 3:30 to 6. Make sure that you are reaching there before 30 min earlier of the safari time to get offline tickets. If you are planning for jeep safari, then you need to book it through jungle lodges and resorts. They provide food, accommodation with 2 safaris both morning and in the evening.

During summer time the big cats will come outside looking for water usually. Actually we don't have any number brother. Don't worry the sighting will happen for sure. Plan for morning and evening safari for better chances, we recommend. If sighting happens it in the first safari, then it's cool right.
