धुस्का झारखण्ड का बहुत ही प्रसिद्ध नाश्ता है और इसे बनाना भी बहुत आसान है, मैंने इस वीडियो में सरल तरीका बताया है और साथ में हे एक फटाफट वाली आलू की सब्ज़ी बनाई है..... आप इसे जरूर बनाये, ये आपको बहुत पसंद आएगा :)
Serving: 4
Ingredients:
For Dhooska -
Rice -1 cup
Chana Dal - 1/3 cup
Urad Dal - 1/4 cup
Green chillies - 3
Ginger - 4 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala powder -1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Asafoetida (hing) - 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil to fry
For Aloo curry :
Potato - 4
Onion -1
Tomato -1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -2 tbsp

Aisa kuch kabhi ni khaya hoga 😊 Note:- Oorad Daal optional ni. Jitna oorad dal dalengy utna Dhuska soft bnega. Wrna bht hard banega. If u want Dhuska to be kurkura...Use Oorad dal.
