I normally make egg parathas this way. In my egg mixture, I had 6 eggs with 3 Tablespoons milk. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ground zeera. Take a small onion and slice thin. In a frying pan sauté the chopped onion and green pepper until slightly brown. Now add to the egg mixture and whisk together. Please follow Kabita’s recipe from that point. Thank you for sharing this new recipe ✌🏾🙏
