Very long process...but...nice....simple process is aftr boil rice,onions,jeera,green mirchi,curry leaves,ginger peices,nd turmeric powder,nd salt.these all aitems are fried nd mix it well in rice....simply superb....

Only point of measurement is proportion of rice and water...so whatever size glass you take if you use same glass to measure rice and water you are sorted...1 glass is usually 250ml of water
