मैं गर्म पानी लगभग 1 साल से प्रयोग कर रहा हूं कोई फायदा नहीं हो रहा है उससे और बार बार यूरिन जाने की समस्या अलग उत्पन्न हो गई है गर्म पानी बार बार पीने से. दूसरा उपाय बताएं गुरुजी.
