Good honest review. I got mine 650$ w/ issues $300 more invested I can say it’s better than a new purchase. I’ve been told to be aware of locking diffs do to it can break the gears in diffs also you should be able to set trim settings for the shifting issue. The diffs cables can be adj. also. I even completely removed stock electronics added esc’s for pump and gear box also reciever and it can still loose a signal at times 🤷🏻‍♂️ I think it has to do with a 2nd sense wire coming off valve block servo if I’m not mistaking I also think that must activate turn lights? Not sure because I’ve also made my own lighting system. I like the unit just trust me when I saw it’s a real pain in the a”” to break down and repair. I hope your distinctive sound of pump isn’t the hoses running up on it or wiring that can also be a factory issue on top of the 5 major kinks I’ve found in mine. Maybe a first day apprentice built mine who knows lol but it was a mess when I bought it sight unseen

Thank you🙂 yea, I noticed you had your share of issues, why I did mention the hydraulic leaks etc😉 definitely seems like you've gotten familiar with the ins and outs of it, I watched all your vids on it before I took the plunge😁 at the end of the day, I was still surprised how nice it is to run, and how capable it is. Considering ive had zero issues so far, compared to yours, 🤞 it stays that way. All in all its one of the best machines ive run straight out the box, with zero adjustments. Will look into the diff / gear trim/cables, thanks for the tip 😊👍

@@FMDRCConstruction Im glad your enjoying it with zero issues. ITs great that you did the research also, Im the same way. I had purchased mine through toucan hobby as well as a used model with all parts needed to be fixed at no charge to me. (Only this one very bad experience, it happens I cant blame them as they are just a wholesaler not visually seeing a used or returned unit) Well it didn't work out that way at all but I did finally get my extra o rings for repairing blown out cylinders. But those parts arrived over 2 months later. Upon looking examining the unit in depth what was suppose to be a missing/ broken front drive shaft I was told was actually a sheared off front output shaft on main gear box. The good was I ordered all my parts needed from another supplier and installed before I even received the spare o rings which was far from fixing the issues this unit had. Overall I think its great unit for the price, I also have came across were if you add a longer bucket curl rod you can dump your material not at full height. Have fun with your new model.

No doubt the qc on pretty much all rc construction models is very varying, and there are no guarantees for getting a good model, no matter where you order from. I still feel like ordering from supliers with an interest in providing real support to their customers is worth the extra value when its time to order. At then rnd of the day though, you have to be prepared for issues to come up, and that's why your videos didn't put me off getting one. I'm very glad you took your time to comment on the video, and can highly recommend anyone interested in a more indepth view on those issues to check them out😉

nice video my friend! Ive seen one of these kabolites up close, the model is beautiful, but as you said the bucket really needs a redesign to make it tip the material earlier, will it help to make the bucket link longer? anyway, thank you for the review and interesting video :)

Thank you😊 The straight bucket is just a spare original, with the teeth cut off. Will probably add a lip to it,but it works fine.
