I think the Chip, talents and other stats that they gave on the character correlates with their original rank (Midoriya being B rank at start) with the exception of all might since he had OP additional quirks on getting chips and others, but on S rank like Momo, tokoyami etc they had some additional quirks when getting theirs.

if you are on bluestack go on setting and custom rams to 4 about. i did that and it's work it for me. after that you can change graphics on the game.

I had the same problem as you. I had my settings to perfect and never had problems with the game running. But I noticed today my graphic settings where put to normal. and I can't change them back. If u were able to fix ur's please let me know how u did.

@@blivion3809 lmao I have no idea. I have Baku, todo, deku and all might all lvl 80 rank S and their BP ranges from 12-14k now. I don't know how else to make it higher apart from resonance, support cards and lvling the heroes up. BTW my total BP is 127k

@@younge2273 All might may be dodgeable for the first attack then his heavyshield you can’t attack him and he attacks you and your back to being combo’d with deku in arenas all you have to do is move left and dodge once and deku missed his attack
