I’m Afghan but I grew up in Islamabad Pakistan and I speak Urdu and Punjabi although my main language is Farsi. There are many Afghans who settled in Pakistan in the last 30-40 years of war. Much love and respect to Pakistani people though, I have many great memories growing up in Pakistan.

He seems cleanliness conscious. Was cleaning the inner rims of the container, also was careful not to drip a single drop of ghee, squeezed the 1st packet systematically using warmth of container. His steel jug were clean. Beside the cooking was simplest with just handful of ingredients. Good.👍 Love from India.

@@mohamaditani6160in countries like Pakistan and Afghanistan for some reason they don’t understand the sanitation requirements and how dangerous and unsanitary raw meat could be. For example I’m a second gen afghan American and every time my grandmother handles meat in the kitchen she never seems to wash her hands after with soap or clean the kitchen sink with soap or bleach. And they have a problem with soap lol, they think it will contaminate food and make you sick lol. Even though she’s been living in America for thirty plus years, she still does this and I try to teach her. But at the same time I’m going to be very honest other than the meat issue afghan people are very very clean, they like to do everything with cleanliness.❤

إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا كَمَآءٍ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَٱخۡتَلَطَ بِهِۦ نَبَاتُ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مِمَّا يَأۡكُلُ ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمُ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَخَذَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ زُخۡرُفَهَا وَٱزَّيَّنَتۡ وَظَنَّ أَهۡلُهَآ أَنَّهُمۡ قَٰدِرُونَ عَلَيۡهَآ أَتَىٰهَآ أَمۡرُنَا لَيۡلًا أَوۡ نَهَارٗا فَجَعَلۡنَٰهَا حَصِيدٗا كَأَن لَّمۡ تَغۡنَ بِٱلۡأَمۡسِۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ وَٱللَّهُ يَدۡعُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ دَارِ ٱلسَّلَٰمِ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ Дарҳақиқат, бу ҳаёти дунёнинг мисоли худди Биз осмондан ёғдирган бир сувга ўхшайди, бас, одамзод ва ҳайвонот ейдиган нарсалардан иборат бўлган ер набототи у билан аралашиб, ҳатто ер чирой олиб, ясан-тусан қилганида ва ернинг аҳли унинг устида кучли-қудратлимиз, деб ўйлай бошлаганида, ерга кечаси ё кундузи Бизнинг фармонимиз келиб, Биз уни гўё куни-кеча обод бўлмагандек, вайронага айлантириб қўюрмиз. Тафаккур қила оладиган қавм учун оятларни мана шундай муфассал баён қилурмиз. Аллоҳ тинчлик диёри -жаннатга даъват қилур ва Ўзи хоҳлаган зотларни тўғри йўлга ҳидоят қилур. Before put the meat with onion after wash the meat it has to be put in a large sieve to drain the extra waters. If there is water left during the cooking then the curry is not so much tasty. And we fry the rice first with meat without water after finish frying rice then we add water. All of my life time we have seen my mother keep hot water in the Kettle on the side stove while cooking she used to use that hot water while curry stir with masala and oil , which we sisters are follow her to do now.

I like how he mixed rice with meat entirely. The Hyderabadi Biriyani we have in India is done with layering, which I believe is overrated. I believe mixing is completely with rice is better than layering with rice.

No no. They use sella rice usually very long non sticky rice. The tatse comes from meat stock and it has very little spices.
