Well, there are ample of ingrideants which authantically uses in rajasthan to make this haldi sabji such as Haldi, Koliflower, Tuer, Shimla Paper, Peas, lots of Ghee, Garlic, Ginger, Carret, Lemon, Curd, Tomato, Onion and for Masala there are red chilli, termeric powder, Sault, Garam Masala,Hing, Taj Patta, Sadiya, powder of kali mirch and laung and so on. In Rajasthan people have this Delicious sabji with Rajasthani Bati or you can have this even with Roti. This sabji is very especial and famous in rajasthan people generlly eat this in winter.
