Try this delicious, instant and easy to make Kachi Kadhi at Home.

Ingredients:
Curd/Dahi - 1/2 Kg
Roasted Bengal GramPhula Chana Dal - 1 tbsp
Fresh Coconut/Kachha Nariyal - 1/2 cup or nearly 50 grms
Chopped Coriander/Hara Dhaniya - 2 tbsp
Green Chillies/Hari Mirch - 3-4, as per your taste
Garlic Cloves/Lehsan - 6
Turmeric/Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt/Namak - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander/Dhaniya Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin/Zeera Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Water/Paani - 250 ml
For the Tempering:
Ingredients:
Oil/Tel - 1/4th cup
Cumin Seeds/Zeera- 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds/Rai - 1 1/2 tsp
Whole Dry Red Chillies/Sukhe Mirch - 6
Curry Leaves/Kari Patta - 1 tbsp
Procedure:
1. Grind together roasted bengal gram, fresh coconut, chopped coriander, green chillies and garlic cloves into a paste.
2. Beat or whisk the curd thoroughly.
3. Add the ground paste to the curd.
4. Add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and cumin powder.
5. Mix well.
6. Add 250 ml water and mix thoroughly.
For the Tempering:
Procedure:
1. Add oil to the pan.
2. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and whole dry red chillies.
3. Fry till brown.
4. Lower the flame and add curry leaves.
