with your eczema, for the food I recommend KEFIR yoghurt - I had a certain type of eczema and this may sound ridiculous but within a week it was slowing going away. I’m not a professional but I was told about it and has a certain stuff in it and really helped! ❤

Honestly watching the part of the vlog about what happened in the gym made me so sad for you. Anytime i’ve seen an influencer or a celebrity in public i’ve only ever gone to ask for the a picture if it’s an appropriate time, never in the gym or when people are eating etc. I think it is so disrespectful that people just think they can take photos of people especially in the gym, and think that it is normal behaviour. So sorry that happened to you x

facefacts star blemish patches. specifically the star ones! they’re so cheap i tried them after trying star face. star face for me were so bad they didn’t work. these they actually draw out the pimple and they don’t fall off. definitely worth a try. they have lots of different designs but i’ve found only the stars really work

hi kaci! the things you mention in the video like having difficulty sleeping, skin problems like eczema and acne and “feeling off” and anxious sound like a it could all be because of a hormonal imbalance! I am a girl in my early twenties and have struggled a lot with similar symptoms. my blood work came back completely normal and the doctors weren’t really able to help, so I’ve been focusing on balancing my hormones mainly through my diet and other habits. for example a “low-FODMAP” diet could help you balance your hormones! the internet is also full of tips for women trying to balance their hormones through diet, exercise and sleep. another thing to look up is cycle syncing and listening to your body’s natural cycle! hope this helps🩷 all the best to you and lots of love from finland!

Eczema chat helped me so much because honestly anything the doctors give me never really help (so have new things to try now) especially as mine gets worse in the winter. I tried light treatment but never really saw a difference but as bad as they are sun beds have really improved mine (but trying to find other ways that are better for me) Thank you!

hi kaci, I have severe eczema and have had all the possible treatments, I have used a lot of creams, steriods and then did UV light therapy! i suggest looking into light therapy. I have also taken methotrexate and am now on Dupixent, the injection you mentioned. Dupixent has helped me massively but it is the last treatment they ever do but I hope the treatment plan works out for you! so refreshing to hear an influencer openly talking about eczema :)

I used to be exhausted and not be able to wake up all through my teens and early twenties, I also had skin problems too and was tested for coeliac disease when I was 27, as soon as I changed my diet it was like a cloud had been lifted off my life. Getting a blood test is a great idea as if your intolerant or deficient in something it should help with how your are feeling xxxx

So good to hear someone speaking about eczema! Just to let you know (which I’m sure you are probably already aware of) please look into steroid cream addiction. I am 4 years in topical steroid withdrawal from just using hydrocortisone for a few weeks and still not healed from it! The tsw you can get from it is x100 worse than eczema Xx
