I stumbled across the GTA San Andreas Easter egg in the coolest way- it was during one of the Kerry missions, where you're getting chased by the cops and have to lose them, and I spotted the railway tunnel. I got a huge flashback to San Andreas, as driving down the railway tunnels was a quick way of losing your wanted level in that game, and decided to try it out. Not only did it work, but when I stopped to investigate the crashed bike and found all the references to the game I'd just remembered from over 15 years ago, my mind was just absolutely blown. This game gets so much hate for all the obvious bugs, but it has some absolutely amazing details.

I’m here to report that you actually missed a pretty big Easter egg related to not blade runner but Bladerunner 2049 there’s a farm in the middle of the outskirts called the Eastwood farm or something similar to that maybe it was Eastwind and the layout of the interior portions of the farm and the barn are shockingly almost mirror images of the farm seen in the intro of bladerunner 2049 this caught my eye as I entered the kitchen and remembered the tense fight that went on there in the movie it gave me such intense dejavu you can also find a gun there that is very powerful and I don’t think it can be found anywhere else

The Indiana Jones one is actually three in one- it's also a reference to the TV show Mythbusters, and to Fallout New Vegas, which also had a dead body in a fridge with a hat near Goodsprings if you turned the wild wasteland perk on. There are an insane number of Easter Eggs in this game.

2 references to Johnny Mnemonic (Keanu Reave’s cyberpunk movie based on William Gibson’s short story)- in the first scene with Vik the anaesthetic leaves circular scars on V’s arm (that heal over the course of the game) that are taken from Molly in the movie when she’s called out for being too wired and has gone under the knife too often. And the monowire arm aug is taken from the corporate assassin in the same movie including some of the attack animations. There are also many references to William Gibson’s Sprawl trilogy including the shard implant tech and the netrunning from mobile cyber decks.

Surprisingly, Cohh seem to be just him usual self in Cyberpunk. Roach also a sticker on the car you have after the backstory prologue and on a black Quadra type 66 featured in the promo material. There's another plausible Pulp Fiction reference - a gig where you need to "deal" with a guy named Vincet Vega. 24:04 - feels like also reference to Death Stranding - doll in crude oil-like substance and such.

16:15 I found that quote somewhere else. It was either in the Badlands or in North Oak, on a spot with a cyberpsychotic person. That person also had a note that discribed corpo-people as bloodsuckers. I play the german version, wich means it could be stated more different but that cyberpsychotic persons name is Sam Milton. It could be a refference towards Milton from Blood an Wine, who was killed by a vampire.

John Wick reference quest has actually two easter eggs: if you open the trunk of the car you have to deliver there is a black guy with Russian accent, named Alex Pushkin. It is a reference to the Russian poet and writer Alexander Pushkin (author of Eugene Onegin etc.), who was the grandson of an emancipated slave from Africa, who got introduced to the court of Russian Tsar Peter the Great, and served his way up to the rank of General. There are a lot of Russia-CIS specific references here, for example there are graffiti "ЦОЙ ЖИВ" (Tsoi is alive) which are widespread in IRL CIS and refer to the Soviet rocker(boy) Victor Tsoy, who died in a car crash in 1990. You can also sometimes see the graffity "киса и ося были здесь" (Kisa and Osya were here), referencing the book "The Twevle Chairs", and is an analog of "Killroy was here" in the Russian-speaking. Some scav gangoons sometimes recite the most famous dialogue from the movie "Brother 2" about power.
