Jaggerry - 1 Cup
butter - 1/4 tsp
Method
Roast groundnuts till golden & peel of the skin
Melt jagerry using 1/4 cup water & cook till it becomes thick. Take a small drop of jagerry & add to water this has to form like a ball. Switch off the flame & add groundnuts. Transfer the kadalai mittai to a ghee coated bowl & roll it & cut into desired shapes.
