3114, is actually fairly balanced, though there should be a time delay for how his choke hold grabs people, if they can get out range fast enough it shouldn't be able to trap people at distance, but for how weak in terms of damage output against groups then it's fairly balanced, does less damage than 939 however 3114 can see everyone not to mention at basically 1/3 the health of 939, it's just a SCP that complements the other(s) weaknesses, 939 would be nothing without 079, 096 would be nothing without any accompanying SCP's due to the start up time and is easily destroyed by large groups if not looked at, you're thinking of it as a singleplayer game and not a multiplayer game

As long as subscription rates are good, you actually want a lower subscriber to unsubscribed ratio. 8:2 s:u means that his videos aren't being shown to as many people, while something like 3:7 or 2:8 would mean he's getting a lot more discoverability. One guy I watch is at something like a 97% subscribed ratio for no apparent reason, which just sucks for him because there's no one new to subscribe. It's been like that with him for years now, though.
