Bheja fry/ brain fry. it is a non veg recipe made from amb brain. vry tasty and simple to make . can eat with roti , naan but best with rice bhakri.
Ingredients-
lamb brain - 2
chopped onions 2
chopped tomato - 1
green chillis - 2
coriender- 1/2 bowl
garlic- 12 to 14
ginger- 1/2 inch
turmeric powder- 1 tsp
red chilli powder- 1 tsp
coriender powder- 1 tsp
garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
salt
oil
ghee
METHOD
boil bheja in water for 10 mins. while boiling add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.after 5 mins flip bheja and let it cook for more 5 mins. then switch off the flame once done. in another pan heat 2 tbsp oil.add onions and cook till it translucent. then add green chillis .saute for 1 min. add tomatoes and cook for a min and then cover with lid and cook for 5 min. after 5 mins, add garlic and ginger saute for min. add all spices and mix well. add 1/2 cup for water.now add boiled brain. mix well.scrambled or keep medium size pieces(personal choice). now add salt as per taste ad coriender mix well. add 2tbsp ghee ,mix and then cover for 2 mins with lid and cook . open the lid and sreve hot with roti or bhakri
