They have their points but why not follow due process? They should have invited him atleast twice. They should also give him a copy of the report to respond before they take the next step. Or they could have directly written to EFCC to conduct those preliminary investigations. This is why good cases are usually lost due to emotions instead of logic and tactics

Now, is the time for EFCC to swing into action with their job laid out clear... can you imagine, half a trillion spent without appropriation. Yet, the people are hungry on the streets. Not inviting El Rufai is not a violation of fair hearing. ..it is rather a grace given to him so that he will not nail his coffin by himself. Since no invitation nor information has been extracted from him, El Rufai may resort to plea bargain when he meets with prosecutors like EFCC...mind you no explanation from El Rufai at the moment can abort or cancel the investigation nor stop kaduna State in their bidding to recover it stolen funds
