Hey Kadz, quick question, you said that we need to have a job in order to do this method, but how could a person do this if we just opened up our agency and have no clients? For example, how would be go about when it comes to writing a job description, choosing salary etc? Thanks a lot!

Ideally you want to have jobs open for it. You can always disclose its a candidate pool and no vacancy is at the moment but we can contact you when there is one.

So when you "spec" out a CV to a client with TOB's signed, would you anonymise the CV & remove name / email etc, AND companies they have worked at, as the client could look them up quite easily directly on LI etc

Hello Kadz, Thanks for the great video. I wonder if you are still using indeed to gather candidates. I am in USA and when I first posted a job, indeed disabled my account then released it when I submitted a document about the company I newly founded. Now I am able to post jobs only if I sponsor the jobs. It looks like indeed forces staffing companies to always pay for the posts. How are you navigating this? Is forming another country the only way you see possible to post jobs for free? Thanks
