Bonnets are really good for your hair! A lot of people think that it’s only for our hair texture (African-American hair textures!) but it’s really good for everyone. I’m really happy to see that more people are using them and it doesn’t have such a negative connotation behind it anymore.

b12 doesnt trigger acne. b12 helps with calming anxiety, panic attacks, and helps with energy. i've been taking it every single day for about 6 years now. no acne. but you don't really need to add b12 unless you dont eat meat
