With oatmeal I swap out sugar for honey, no butter needed, I add cinnamon, nutmeg and blueberries/strawberries or banana. You can make it healthy 😊

I love the oatmeal and eggs everyday, and I hear you on not eating pork, but have you thought about beef smoked sausages ?! My kids LOVEEE and I also buy Turkey bacon every now and then for some extra protein !!! And if you’re feeling extra, a nice fruit here and there (not everyday) but yeah. That way they’re starting off the day with all the major food groups. It’s easy to toss some (Turkey) bacon on the same pan you’re making the eggs on

Lately we've been having turkey sausage and it is FIRE! A bit less sodium, but still kind of high. We (all the boys) just love to have some type of meat with breakfast and the sausage is perfect because we can mix it in the eggs.

Is $500 for those braids a Texas thing? Because that is insane lol I have to get some and I don’t even want to pay close to $300 which is what most charge. Also for the bundle amount ask the stylist what she recommends because it depends on how she braids to determine how much hair you need.

1 bundle for ur whole head doesn’t seem like enough ur saying it’s human hair? I know for weaves I always do 5 bundles + a lace front . And for box braids u need like 5-7 packs of braiding hair depending on length and how thick

Human hair for braids is such a waste of money unless ur gonna get it installed for a weave because it lasts 6wks braids are only gonna last half that time max and braiding hair is so cheap also for boho braids u can use braiding hair and only a little human hair for those leave out pieces u probably will only need half a bundle so see if the braider uses 2 types of hair to braid u up with that means she’s only using a little human hair and over charging. Just curious . She could be using all human hair . 500$ is a lot u can get boho braids in Sacramento I can get them for 200-300.
