To be honest i always little brain against marshals because most players can't catch that head when you wide swing....

I don't think his teammate understands what "timing" is. 5:10 Timing is when you peek someone and they're looking away briefly, usually because they're checking a different corner or making sure no one's flanking them or something. Both of the guys he peeked were looking straight at him, he just reacted faster and landed a headshot. That's just taking a duel and winning, no timing involved.
