imo it leaves a sour taste when McDonald's hasn't fully made a public apology or any true actions in showing any support for Palestinians. The boycott may have been effective in stopping the free meals to the iof but so long as the BDS movement calls support for the boycott, so will I because centering Palestinian voices and listening to what they need for support comes before any sponsorship or Collab. I wouldn't go as far as to say you are a genocide supporter or anything but it still is disappointing you put your comfort (a paycheck and some content) as a priority before being an ally to people undergoing genocide. I won't claim to know or assume your financial situation but surely there are more ways for you to make a living that doesn't overstep the boundaries and lines Palestinians have asked us to respect in regards to what companies we should and shouldn't support.
