Kafka Hyper Break Team Vs Gepard

Disclaimer: This video is just for fun showcase not a min-max gameplay, and i do have some skill issue so just take it easy while watching video. All characters have perfect stats and not a relatable build (Full enhance on sub stats they need, like atk + speed + crit + crit dmg for dps, hp + speed for support)
Kafka E0 with S5 "Solitary Healing" (Herta Shop LC), 4 Thief + 2 Talia, break build with a bit atk stat.
Gallagher E6 with S5 "What Is Real?" 4* LC, 4 Cloud + 2 Vonwacq.
HMC E6 with S5 "Dance, dance, dance" 4* LC, 4 Watchmaker + 2 Talia.
Ruan Mei E0 with her S1 signature LC, 4 Watchmaker + 2 Vonwacq.
Welt E0 with S5 "Fermata" 4* LC, 4 Thief + 2 Talia, full break build.
The stage is custom MoC with all monsters from MoC 12, with MoC 2.2.1 Turbulence Buff: After every attack launched by an ally, apply 1 stack of Memory Imprint to all allies. Allies in the Memory Imprint state deal 5% more DMG. This effect stacks up to 6 stacks. When Memory Imprint reaches max stacks, immediately regenerate 25% Energy for all allies. The Energy regenerated by this effect can exceed the target's Max Energy. Remove all Memory Imprints from all allies at the start of every wave or Cycle.

I think Welt gonna be a great sustain for break team since he can soft lock enemies with Ruan Mei, we dont need heal if enemies cant touch us.

Well yeah but he needs high effect hit rate for that which means he won't build break effect which means his dmg contribution will be lower which is the whole reason you would want to slot him to begin with. Just slot Gallagher at that point. He boosts your team break dmg, is easier to sustain and sp positive and does damage at the same time. He also provides better break range since HMC already covers imaginary break and adding Welt just for break efficiency would be overkill (if you have ruan mei). I'd say in break teams specifically the only situations where you'll prefer Welt over Gallagher (assuming you have both) is when you have to action cancel an enemy to avoid an attack sequence (eg. Aventurine's dice mode)

@@holyalpaca750you do not need that much EHR on Welt at all, and having his sig LC helps with that. Also, with how often Welt is able to ult when built right, he is able to dish out way more damage than Gepard ever could

@@NihilityJade We're comparing Welt and Gallagher not Welt and Gepard and yes he needs over 100 effect hit rate if you want to imprison bosses that aren't weak to imaginary, and not everyone has his LC. He also needs to skill to generate his ult fast which means he'll be eating sp.

there's also a risk it's not really 100 percent gonna delay the enemy all the time. If you misplay that could cost you. Still much safer to use gallegher.

Great showcase as always. This video actually got me thinking how good would HMC + RM +Follow up attackers (topaz for example as she attacks incredibly frequently). Seeing how follow ups do trigger hyper break

Iirc, followups do half the break damage of skill. Having a FUA repeatedly hitting that much over and over would be torture for any solo enemy 💀
