It makes me sad that Ayumi picked anyone other than Kaga. Kaga threw away his feelings for her... how he felt and how it affected him. He put his life in danger and truly noticed what was best for her and how she wasn’t the same and needed someone by her side. He loved her more than anyone... more than himself and it makes me sick she took advantage of his tears. She ignored the fact he was truly someone who cared the most... without her looks. He gave his everything to love her and to keep her safe... and when he did she took it for granted and left him since she didn’t need him anymore. I love Kaga irl his actor because he still deserves so much better, fake show or not. Seeing his scene crying near the end of the show honestly made me want to fix his tears and return them for happiness, which Ayumi forced him to put aside because he’s a good person who let the one he loved leave him even though it hurt. Kaga you deserve better, you deserve the world

I really can't move on from the ending. I couldn't believe that Ayumi chose the other lead male instead of Kaga because he was there for her everytime she needed someone to count on. He was the first one who recognize her after the switch. I thought that she would somehow change or realize that Kaga is in reality the one who she really loves but no😭 But one thing that I must say is that she really loves the main lead so if she choose Kaga it would have been really unfair to him because she would have chose him because of what he did and not for who he was😢

Yes, many series and anime especially go with the second lead character getting together with the main protagonist. Although i am team kaga and i feel so bad for him, i am actually satisfied with the ending. Its very realistic. Ayumi has always been in love with the other guy and i’m glad that she stuck to it instead of goong straight to kaga even though he was there for her. Because her boyfriend also had to suffer a lot just to get her body back. If he was bad, then that would he a different case. You can’t change your feelings. And she can’t force herself to date kaga just because she felt like she owed him. So this was a good ending but also a sad realistic ending

I just finished the drama and I have to be honest, I AM SO MAD AT THE ENDING! Like, Kaga was the one to recognize her first, he was the one who stayed by her side during the tough time and even when people started bullying her, he still protected her no matter what! Even that time when he thought she couldn't go back to her real body because it was too risky, he still hugged her and said he will love Ayumi for everyone else's place! Like where else can you find a man like that? I agree that her boyfriend did sacrifice a lot for Ayumi too but still he KISSED someone else, went on a DATE with someone else and so many more things behind Ayumi's back. Why couldn't he be honest in the first place! And why he wanted her to change back so much? What if it could gone wrong and killed her? At first I instantly ship Ayumi and her boyfriend (because he was very good looking) but I fell in love with Kaga right after. While no one believed Ayumi's word, he was the one to trust her completely. Why on earth did the director make Ayumi go back with her boyfriend?? The scene when Kaga was crying broke my heart! Why why why! What did that good man do to deserve an ending like this!! And as for Umine, I am pretty sure she still had such strong feelings for Koushiro, how could she be ok like that, hanging around with them?? The ending made no sense. All the chemistry between Ayumi and Kaga and all these thoughts of Ayumi about Kaga and BOOM! Ayumi and Koushiro! Why why why why why why!

Kaga deserved so much more after what he went through to help her. Personally I think the main girl chose the other guy just because he saved her as a little girl. This is what a good show should be like - with a mix of emotions, anger for when Umine explains to Ayumi she doesn't plan on giving her body back, sadness in many scenes, but the scene that made me lie on my bedroom floor with twenty boxes of scrunched up tissues (and counting) was the part extending from when Ayumi finds Umine in the building in the forest to the part where they cut to the shuffle. Again, this 👏 show 👏 made 👏 me 👏 ball 👏 my 👏 eyes 👏 out 👏 with 👏 tears 👏. When done right, these edits can be literally used as a trailer for the show/movie itself. I think I'll be taking a break from such emotional Japanese dramas for a while.
