This is a beautiful set. This Sephiroth fights his foes how I imagine Sephiroth actually would. He just waits, and breaks them down through patience and intimidation Picking key moments to strike through their defenses Rather than relying on any sort of overaggressive playstyle. He feels like he's keeping his cool the whole time.

That's kind of a noob take my man. You think the best players in the world who struggle with spindash camping, simply forgot about down b? The first reason you don't go for that is because the risk reward isn't favorable. Spin Dash doesn't hit very hard itself, so the counter isn't dealing much, but if the counter whiffs, you are eating a 20-30% confirm. The second reason is that Sonic has tons of spinfash mixups, so he can very easily punish the counter on reaction. He can Spin Shot and drop down back air, or if he's already in Spin Dash, he can jump up and charge homing attack to wait out the counter.

Which obvious spin attacks? Ken doesn't do obvious stuff in neutral. He rarely attacks but dashes in and out and does different feints all the time. Reading when he's actually going to attack is not easy and counter is super committal because it locks you in an animation for ages.
