if you plan on selling guns to a trader i would recommend getting the 300w solar panel. they are rare enough to warrant purchasing them, a solar panel station can hold 9 panels, and they cost 450 each. having more fabric and cotton can be useful if you make the dressing table, you can make the "big backpack" and various clothing

If you get the greenhouse you can grow crops in the winter and they won't die off in the greenhouse

You can loot hundreds of simple parts from the town south of the starting point over the bridge. The appartment building there have hundreds of rooms full of stull most all contain simple parts.

21:35 It's crazy that you haven't found a shotgun yet. I started a new world because I wanted the 65 weight capacity and I wasn't very far into my first game anyway. I found an Italian shotgun probably within the first 10 minutes of play. I thought of you because you had mentioned a few times not being able to find one. lol

There was a shotgun in the area where you started your first character. It was in one of those barns I believe or in a building near them. Go back and watch your first or second video of this series.

My winters I get temps of -50 and Summer 120. They have nothing but a sun visor +20 heat resist and cold resist gear I have is only good to -38. So you literally loss health none stop.

Just started the game for the first time, and had to restart it. The novice starter pack is significantly OP, maybe good for someone new to survival games, but even then a bit much, there's just none of that initial challenge that makes the genre enjoyable. Still, there's definitely some rebalancing that has been done, I'm finding plenty of firearms, including shotguns, but have no way to carry them. Could be a viable means of controlling progression, I'm making notes for when I can grab them, but they're just out of reach with a viable path to obtaining them and I love it. So far so good.

TIP: That honeycomb takes much less space if ya click on dismantle while hovering. Small jar of useable honey is whatcha get. Compliments of GameEdged. Like the game enough to follow two playthroughs. Going on my buy list if watch addiction gets worse.

best fuel for cooking is coal, max 600 burn time or use logs to make charcoal, it has a 300 burn time.

So I've been playing this game for a bit and one thing I'm not too thrilled with is driving bc it can make the durability go down a bit fast. I can understand why that would do that but I hope the next update the driving doesn't take the deribility down as much as it does now. And the wolf's break it down way to fast in my opinion. I hope cars get a decent buff soon. And more guns to! Though I do understand it is a brand new game with alot of room for updates and improvements. Still though awesome game so far!!!

Use a shotgun for the crawlers, you can stunlock them and they only need about 5/6 shots to die.

I never lost a pot in my single player. But have lost 3 so far in multi-player. It's fine now I can make them, just weird. Also 1 bacon 1 egg makes 2 better meals.

I just logged onto my game and found my wood cart on its end with the handle in the ground. I can't get it to let me use it with the 'f' key. I emptied it out and tried chopping it with no success. Any idea what to do to get rid of it? lol Even the work hammer won't destroy it.

I get this super annoying blur I can't seem to clear up even when I move the smooth shader. What you running this at? And agree 100% this game is almost exactly a 3d of project zomboid and in my opinion with day z build mechanics and similarities.

The seasons start at spring, then summer, fall, winter so if your year the default 40 days you should see snow at day 30. If your year is set at 360 at day 270 or so.

put 5 boards in the cart and use the repair (wrench icon) at the top. tools cannot be repaired atm unfortunately.
