My main deck is almost the exact same, couldn’t get any protect orbs so I had to settle for 4 Aermos and I run 3 doom bringers and burning horns.

My favorite thing is flipping Drachma for Purge's cost first stride and watching my opponent question my sanity

As a player without much personal experience with overlord, I'm relieved to see we run pretty much the same g3, g2 and g0 lineup. Also, you've probably realized by now, but fire chase allows you to bypass resist (though the destiny's ride skill can do the same) . What are some tech options you would recommend for the main deck? (Aside from bellog, already planning on playing it)

you could also try the gear cat clone in place of inspire yell if you actually want stands since it can pop on opponents turn, but I personally don't think stands as triggers are needed here

Inspire yell makes your columns have so much more pressure, it can make your 26k columns 31, 21 to 26 also filtering your deck, plus the most competitive builds play at least 3 inspire yell

The point is that the Purge can take advantage of stands due to its ability to make 5 drive checks in a row. Inspire Yell also makes Zeigenberg more of a threat by being a 31-36k beatstick that can attack twice

As a fellow Overlord player, I had a question regarding the g3 count. I've tried running 7 and it works pretty well, but I am curious as to how you mulligan. For instance, let's say I draw grade 1s and 2s but no 3s. Do you send cards back until you have one g1 and g2 apiece and try for the g3, or do you send only a few cards out so they don't go back into circulation to hopefully get a g3 the next time around?

Ren Akaba I would send cards back until I have only one grade 1 and grade 2 that way you can increase your chances of getting a grade 3

Should I try and make this deck or a messiah deck? I have the trial deck for messiah(newest) but don’t have the legend deck for Kagero, however if my shop has it I may buy it. Which one is better and which one is cheaper?

Slayyy buy zeigenburgs and get at least 2 denial griffin (if u cant find denial, asyl or abdsalam will do) and other gguards (asyl orb, cray elemental scryew) would not recommend defeat flare anymore. get the new Overlord destiny and run at least 1 purge( u can go for 2) run those cheap commons from gbt 13 and new Rs u can go for flame dragon triggers and pg the rest is up to you :)

Hello there, I know this video is kinda old but how viable would be to make a Dragonic Overlord Deck using all versions of it from G to below?

Almost all of the “old” Overlord cards prior to V-series (except the G-zone) are no longer used competitively, unfortunately.

Sad that Overlord retires alot better than Blademaster. And really, the "Purge's" playstyle seems off to me since the Overlords I know brings pressure by Restanding.

There’s been a lot of changes that will be starting in the Fall. Such as two different formats (standard and premium) and cards that were banned and limited will be unrestricted in premium format, such as Barcgal.

If your opponent handcards is only 5 or less just stride drachma

If your opponent’s hand is five or less, chances are you’re gonna win the game with any G Unit you stride into

But drachma allows the opponent to discards and what if the opponent has like 4 heals in their hand ! Drachma will be useful for that

So a G unit that is only good if your opponent has five cards in hand and four of them are heal triggers. An oddly specific scenario for a card to be good only means one thing... Bad card.
