If u are lucky enough, 2 recharge event (250 diamonds recharge x 2) should get kagura epic. If still not enough crests then just daily draw :)

that's a waste. Limited epics can be obtained at some other gacha events like this. Though it's random, you'll still get a lot of skins for a cheaper price.

But how often do you see this kagura soryuu maiden as a selectable choice? I didn't play for very long (just 1.5 years) but this the first time I see this skin being made selectable in an event, before this it was always drawing based purely on luck. Not a waste imo.
