The name is a reference to Hololive (obviously), but the group is just purely a joke. There's 4 generations in this groups. "Homolive" never exists at first place. It's just a parody group set up by Inuyama Tamaki, which has nothing to do with actual Hololive. The word "homo" refers to a widespread meme from niconico site. It's hard to explain but basically people parodying about the lines from a series of shoddy gay adult videos. The scene in this clip is also a parody of one of the most well-known scene from those videos.

For some more context the name Tamaki is also a reference on him been a trap, because if you add a tsu in between tama and ki it'll become TamaTsuKi(たまつき) which can mean "with balls" and also a reference to a certain yinmu thing. If you put the name into the kanji format it'll be something like 玉木(ball wood) or 玉姫(ball princes). Also in the stream introduction he would always introduced himself as a otokonoko Vtuber, he is the only trap in the Noripro line up though.
