Basically, Kaguya went way too far with the kiss. Hayasaka was originally under the impression that it was a quick little peck, but a French Kiss is something generally reserved for people who are already in an intimate relationship (that’s why Shirogane was freaking out, talking about how intense that kiss was). Essentially, Kaguya fumbled the bag at the very end, which is why she “lost”
