नमस्कार सर, आजकल ठेकेदारों को TIE BEEM भी डालने में परेशानी होती है। क्या हर 3 फीट की हाइट पर कोल्लम से 10 मिनी का सरिया( हर 3 फीट की हाइट पर कलम में 2 छेद कर दिए जाएं, उन छेद में से 10mm का सरिया निकल जाए) निकालकर उसे पर 4 इंच की DPC कर दी जाए तो क्या TIE BEEM का कार्य होगा।

This is totally wrong. Above the garage, the lintel beam required is only 4-5inch wide. No need to give 9 inch wide lintel beam and 9inch wall above it. This is just a waste of money. And if you need 9inch thick wall on the first floor or second floor or subsequent floors, then only its floor beam should be thick and strong enough to support the wall above. There is no need to provide 9inch wide lintel beam above garage.
