As a coach when you demand so much powers from selecting support staffs to selecting players then one must show good results. But here as coach Gambhir failed to produce even the usual result which any coach has done in the past. This is the lowest point In the history of indian cricket. I believe Gambhir's attitude is affecting the team's morale. Once Gary kristen and Paddy upton (indian mental coach) has described Gambhir as "Insecure, Negative And Pessimistic".
