From Walong War Memorial at 10:30 AM we moved ahead to Kibithoo and have experienced some breath taking views.
Take a note that after Walong due to BRO road works in progress the road will be closed between 09AM-12PM & 01PM-04PM.
We were there at 11:15 AM and have waited for 45 minutes which let us enjoy the snow capped mountains around.
We moved further at 01 PM and reached the Vibrant Village Kibithoo, spent around an hour and proceeded to Kaho.
We were skeptical to reach Kaho since the GPS doesn’t show the route and had to rely on locals.
Moreover we also aren’t aware of any restrictions that could have been imposed by military.
The roads to Kaho were very narrow and are cliff corners. There are opposite vehicles coming and have to be very cautious and patience enough.
Due to time constraint worrying about the sunset we haven’t experienced the walk on the hanging bridge.
We have started our way back to Walong to our stay and as anticipated it was dark by 4 PM. The Sun rises early and sets early here.
