we booked all the rooms for a 22-hour stay, and it wasn’t a very good experience, NOT WORTH the PRICE, there’s litter like empty bottles and wrappers in all plant boxes, rusty faucets and shower heads, pool features not turned on; pool lights and fountains, no lamp and outlet in the gazebo, mini pool table has got rips patched with tape. Worse the staff not very accommodating( including nakasimangot unang request palang) drinking water only got replaced a few hours after many requests, broken ACs were only attended to late in the afternoon, again after many trips to the staff house, not all beds have blankets and mattresses and staff cannot or will not provide any, electric ice box (or mini fridge/ref mga dodong) in the suite and the hot tub non-functional/out of order. There are many other complaints about kai balinese, I’m sure the same goes with all their other resort accommodations. Bottom line there are other better places than this dump for less the price. I also believe the drinking water they provide is just tap, as the jugs didn’t have any seals on them and the water tasted the same as in the pool and water outlets.

hot tub and mini fridge in the suite out of order, no lights or outlet in the gazebo, pool lights not turned on. Pool table has got rips and patches with tape. Pool water non-cycling so you get stagnant water if staying longer than 5 hours, as pool water won’t get replaced until the next guest.
