Kai during an active recovery session in the lead up to UFC 305.
Oscillation is the idea that in order to achieve peak performance, an individual must oscillate between energised (stressed) and recovery states.
The quality of the recovery determines the quality of the performance.
This is why during fight camps, when the physical and mental demand is insanely high, we incorporate forms of active recovery so that the athletes can get the most out of their training with more energy and focus.
Tune in to the fights this Sunday in Perth and get behind the lads.
