@@Setzen_Kreig People are theorizing about it, but I somehow doubt it. Unless the holy beast of time itself is capable to bend the rules, Holy Beasts can ONLY act independently to help other factions in regards of their Sept Terrion WHEN said sept terrion is Gone. Ragnard only saved Estelle and Joshua AFTER the presence of the Aureole had vanished (AKA being teleported to the Celestial Globe), Zeit only helped the team of Crossbell because HIS sept terrion was long-gone, Argres only Acted directly and absorbed the curse into himself because his Sept Terrion had been fused with the other to Form Steel, and Steel doesn't exist as a regular Sept Terrion, but it's the strongest of them all, Roselia is the same, she only helps because she has no Sept Terrion to observe anymore. But the Sept terrion of Time is still intact, so Ka-Fai can't be the holy beast. Besides he also have a son, and so far I don't think it's an adoptive son, (Or I may be mistaken, buthe looks way too much like Ka Fai). Anyway, truth is, I doubt he is a Holy Beast, unless the Holy Beast of time is the only Holy Beast that CAN keep intervening trying to guide humanity to a point where they can face Time. IF anything, Campanella is the prime candidate for the Holy Beast of time: He never does anything to combat the Time Sept Terrion, but he also never ages. So who knows?

@@advmx3 Ouroboros didn't intervene because they had a truce with Roy. Now that he failed, they will go through with their own plan (probably involving McBurn). The most plausible theory is that YKF is Arianrhod's replacement. Grandmaster reached out to him the same way she reached out to Arianrhod. I do believe that originally YKF was playing his own game with 8L and he is still betting on Rean for his own reasons, but YKF simply knows too much and it would also explain why he is using Ikaruga now, despite stepping down as a leader.
