@@lpfan4491 First off it is a magic card so they can only use it on their own turn to activate it, second if 2 seals are in play it affects both players, one does not destroy the other. They dont merge, they are just 2 magic cards that affect their owners, if one of them gets destroyed the owner of that card loses the effect.
