I received mine on Thursday and it looks way better in person. Mini GT is killing it with this casting. I believe this car has 32 individual parts. For me this is work of art and a must have for collector’s!!!

That video make me feel that i was not alone in that hobby, you have to be into it and have great knowledge in video edition, aesthetics and perfection to do a great video like this one, also the passion for 1/64. I have shown this video to family and friends to show my passion and hobby, i got both colorways of that Kaido, one for my son and the other one for me, but I want to thank you for opening my eyes to a world beyond Hot wheels. This is a game-changer in diecast. Previously, we can only see Hot Wheels as the main company to produce Datsun casting, now MiniGT has stepped into the game. Can't wait for more collaboration between Jun Imai and MiniGT in the future

Though the scale is quite different (bigger) than the other 64 scale, makes this model cannot be shot in one same frame with other truescale model, but it still worth to collect 👍🏼

You know what... I was suspecting that this wasn't really a 64. LIke you said, when I plced beside a GT-R, it dwarfed the GT-R. And a GT-R is a big car. But then I thought, its a Mini GT...should be a 64. Hehe, should've gone with my instinct. Thanks for the heads up my friend.🙏👍

@@Studio64diecasts usually minigt did great job with the scaling, but not for this item Maybe since this is the 1st open hood so they need bigger parts 😅 Or maybe since this item is designed by Junimai which is usually produced non exact 64 products in Hotwheels 😅 Many of my diecast collectors friends complain for this item before it arrived in Indonesia, also many of them canceled or give their booked order to some one else

If you compare it to the Hot Wheels Datsun 510 coupe or wagon it matches up nicely .... you can tell he design all 3 castings ....

Great review and great model! The only minus thing for me is this car not true 1/64. It is HW size, around 1/60. When you put it next to R35, it's almost at the same size.

@@Studio64diecasts Yes, there is some discussion on social media that this model size is almost exact match with the HW one. It is also way bigger than TLVN and Greenlight counterpart. Mini GT once response in their promotion that this is "1/64 Kaido House" scale, not 1/64 true scale. Maybe Kaido House has a real 1/1 Of this datsun that bigger than even R35?

@@Studio64diecasts If this is based on true Datsun 510, it is 100% not 1/64. But, if somehow Kaido House modified real size Datsun 510 and the modified version of it in 1/1 this large, it might be a 1/64 scale based in Kaido House car. 😉

The car is unbelievable, my absolute favorite, BUT I've seen the next livery ..... hate to be sour but it looks more like a roadracer/Nascar vehicle than a 1320 monster witch that's wat the setup depicts.....sorry just not a fan of the next livery ......
