General tips about the monsters you all are struggling against The door monsters (Dupe) you gotta memorize the room numbers, if you forgot the number you can just stand near each door and hear growling behind them. Figure can detect your heartbeats when you are close to it, so dont be too close to them. Grumbles can't fit through normal corridors, if theres a door with a hide space/hall behind it, use it until they leave. For rush and ambush, their speed depends on the number of players, which means like kaif did at one point, you need to hide at a later time so Hide wont force you out of the lockers.

In other words you and the elevator and moving together, and even if you jump you'll still be in moviment, so you'll still suffer the effects of the crash (or even worse if you hit your head on the roof or something)

if you want to get everyone the badges easier theres modifiers you can enable in the lobby creator that make the game easier such as more loot, faster movement or less broken lights turn these on and it should make rebeating floor 1 easier not sure if the modifiers carry over to floor 2 but if they do then its even better

It's painfull that specifically YOU have to beat Floor 2 to even get the boys into Floor 3. But I also completely understand why they did this. Small example would be that nobody recognized Ambush's Attack sound, (28:01) therefor you let it off as a "fake rush attack". This is the kind of experience and skill you require to beat Floor 2, and later on the horrors that will be Floor 3...

had a run where, at floor 150, we could NOT find the station for the life of us. literally 15 mins later, turns out, we had to WALK ALONG A CLIFF EDGE AND INTO A SMALL TUNNEL AT THE END OF IT. None of us even NOTICED that the cliff had an edge, and thought it was just a dead end, and even if we DID see it, the tunnel cant be seen until you are right next to it. The rest were fine, mostly just annoying to run from the grumbles, but fine, but that one can actually kiss my rear.
