In case you don't know Kaif, Vecna can "Kill" someone who has either his Hand or Eye if they're on last hook. That's why Ebbz could kill Stan but not you.

In comparison to BOTH of those odds, your chances of getting struck by lightning in your LIFETIME is 1/15300. In other words, you have a 0.00653595% chance to get struck by lightning... through your entire lifetime. You are 23x MORE likely to get struck by lighting than you were to get shafted by Rob 5 times in a row there.
