I would love to know what does reload multiplier do. Does it increase your reload speed as it goes up or down?

Reload multiplier decreases the amount of time required to reload your cannon, the higher the better. Though lower caliber cannons such as the 20mm M139 or 30mm 2A42 can not have a lower reload rate due to hardset limits made by the developers to ensure no cannon fires at an abnormal rate.
