Filius(Godzilla Earth) is truly powerful and no one has been able to take him down, yet If you watched the first part of the series in one of its episodes, you can see a MechaGodzilla, they said it can defeat filius but he couldn't activate cause of malfunctions, in the 2nd or 3rd series of G.POTM you'll see them giving filius too much power, looking like he was turning into Thermonuclear Godzilla, Yet failed, no one can defeat him at all, if you get all the Kaiju's and have them team against him, they might be able to defeat Filius, But thats just a theory, A MoNsTeRvErSe ThEoRy :D :D :D

Shin can only evolve when he's about to die. Here, he wasn't going to die immediately. Adding on, Earth's beam is capable of vaporizing Shin, which is the only known way to actually kill Shin. To delete every single molecule of him, which Earth's beam can do.
