Your body does not change in that having children makes you obese. It happens when you don’t lose the baby weight you gain, have an unhealthy lifestyle, and keep having more kids (and gain more weight.) While there are increased risks associated with obesity in surgery, the reason for weight restriction is mostly related to the fact that breast tissue is comprised of fat. If you lose weight and the breast size drastically reduces, there was no need for a breast reduction in the first place. Some women genuinely need a reduction because they have a normal BMI and still suffer from back pain, intertrigo, etc, due to breast size. Typically BMI should be a max of 25-28 in order to be eligible for a reduction. I’m glad she was refused.

That’s not exactly how it works. Weight gain (unhealthy eating and sedentary lifestyle) causes PCOS in these patients. Extra fat and insulin resistance triggers hormonal changes. PCOS can be reversed with lifestyle changes, and keto diets are particularly effective. But there needs to be a major change in lifestyle such as keto, and patients aren’t willing to do so. I want to also say that this is not the chase for ALL PCOS patients. But we see what Kail eats.

I myself am diabetic and it was solely my fault I let myself goooo during COVID between depression, anxiety, binge eating, and just generally giving up on myself. I was close to 400 pounds. November 2023 I was diagnosed with diabetes. I don't take Ozempic, I simply changed my diet, I walk more especially right after eating to get that metabolism going, and on my own I'm down to 285. Where I want to be, no absolutely not, but I'm not done my journey. She can easily lose that weight by drinking water, cutting carbs, cutting sweets and other junk food. I have light vanilla mousse every night as a dessert, 2 grams of sugar and 45 calories. And if I'm craving something sweet I will have 1 Oreo instead of the whole sleeve of them like I would've before. It's about self control, and about your mind set. Food is supposed to be fuel for your body not just something that tastes good. Is it harder some days then others, yes 100%, but it's possible to lose weight without taking pills for it, you just have to be serious about it. And I get it I have a son who has junk food and I'm looking at it like ugh that looks yummy, but do you want to eat junk or be healthy for these babies you brought into this world?? Portion control is a big thing too. I used to have not just 2nds but 3rds, now I'm full at a half of a plate because eventually that's what my body got used to. She just needs to make some lifestyle changes and stick to them. Consistency is key. At the rate I was going I wouldn't be alive much longer, as a mom you need to be there for your kids even if it means eating healthy and giving up the lifestyle she's been comfortable. Sorry I'm done my rant now lol, just tired if everyone taking these meds for weight loss when it's better for your body to change your lifestyle 1st. Obviously if that doesn't work do what you have to do I applaud them for trying, but she hasn't even tried yet. I hope it works out for her and any other person out there trying to lose weight, just stick to it. I never imagined I'd lose what I did in a matter of 6 months. Don't give up!

Theres no point in surgery if she doesnt change her mind set. You have to want to do it for yourself and not for a procedure or for others. If she doesnt change her relationship with food then she'll pile the weight back on and undo the results from the surgery (which to me is pointless). I say this as someone who has struggled with their weight and was prednisolone dependant for 8 1/2 years due to 2 severe lung conditions. I've lost 7kg since April 27th and i'm working hard to get my weight down. During lockdown i lost 32kg. Its not easy but i'm finally prednisolone free and my health is better (i also have an injection called tezspire for my severe asthma every 4 weeks) which has given me my life back (at my heaviest i couldnt even wash my hair without an asthma attack) and my confidence is coming back finally.

I think Kail is fine with Lincoln having Javi's last name because they were married and Javi is still involved in Lincoln's life. Her father may have been married to her mom, but he cut out of her life early. I do think there is a difference between a dad who divorces the mom but stays in the kids lives vs whatever Kail had.

Hispanic kids get their dad's last name first and then their mom's. So you don't really say both of your last names, you only use your dad's unless you need to sign up for something. Then you write down your full name. When you get married you either take your husband's last name or you don't. But it would be something like "Kail Lowry De (From) Scott's" which is annoying. I would rather get the "-".

I fell in love with the name Winter ❄️ for a girl. I have a 18 year old daughter named Emylia pronounced Emelia. And I have my son Byron III 😅 I said if he was a girl I wanted to name her Winter Rain 🌧️ ❄️ 💨 ever since I heard the name winter from 90 day fiancé I was obsessed. 😊

It would definitely be hard to hear the weight loss comment.. but I think to go under anesthesia, the odds are better of nothing going wrong if you aren't overweight. I've heard of women dealing with breast implant illness.. 😢 I also heard of a woman who got kybella or vitamin b shots in another country and it went wrong.. with plastic surgery, there's always a risk.

Kail drives me nuts, one of the moms I’m definitely glad that I did not do the same decisions as her (minus college that’s pretty cool)

I think it's fine to give kids whatever last name but at the same time, why be all over the map with it? No consistency. Maybe hyphenate all of them or use lowry as a secondary middle name. It's just so flippy floppy.

The parents (mostly mothers) that come up with these weird names for their kids always get so offended when people can't pronounce them correctly. Instead of just naming and spelling the kids name normal, they add letters and sounds that don't even belong. 🤣

If I was not married when I had my sons they would have had my last name. And if for whatever reason I get divorced I’m keeping my husbands name so my name will match my kids. Unless they are grown.

All the last names issue, is quite ridiculous and nonsense at this point. I mean, Kail has her Father´s last name, AND even if her mother would have given her last name, it´s STILL her GRANDFATHER´s last name, and so on... I get why she says it, it´s legit, but when you think about it, sexism has always been there. The last name always comes from another man....Hopefully all this will change someday

All that name talk makes the kids seem like possessions rather then ordinary kids. So much put on all the kids and names. Some of it because of her feelings about the kids dads. Kail is so extra.
