Barely 5 minutes in and I am literally SHOOK how identical our situations are wth ! I just moved and have been ready for years but I just had to get some ducks in a row first . But spot on (minus the dog issues) all the reasons why you wanted and needed to move was mine too ! Literally even down to the coming back to my old spot (for the move out inspection) I got hit with the confirmation that moving from there was the right move !
