Nothing comes close to the beauty, majesty and mystery that’s Mt. Kailas. Having a glimpse of the Kailas I got moved to tears 😢. Though I have performed Parikrama of the Holy Kailas back in 1997, I m still longing for one more darshan. Now at 64 I will need to work hard to achieve the required fitness to make the pilgrimage. Yes, for now, as of you can only have Darshan of the Kailash Parvat. From this year, Uttarakhand government will officially open it for everyone. Keep checking the news from summer onwards. Alternatively, you can also stay connected with the travel agent who is mentioned in the description.

Oh! So, it’s not Kailash Mansarovar yatra from India. It’s just darshan from Lipulekh pass. I thought the political resolve was to allow Indian pilgrims to go all the way till Kailash Parvat.

Yes, you can take your own vehicle. It would be better if we take a 4 x 4. You don't need an ILP, but you need a permit made from Dharchula for 400 inr. It can be applied online also. @IffyExplorer last yr I had visted Adikailash with my 4 by 4 ,i need to understand only about lipulekh, can one go its own upto view point at lipulekh or with d help of dept in their vehicles n on trail , ये जानना था , ?vloggers log जल्दी angry क्यूँ हो जाते हैं queries पर, i saw d video carefully, information missed n btw last yr procedure was lengthy sdm,police verification, city hospital health checkup was d procedure which I followed at darchula with almost 6 hrs accomplished
