The same journey I did it in 2011 alone , from Tibet , Nepal and India ,but without Sadhguru. I watch his Videos since two weeks ago, until now I had seen more than 80 Videos. The sametime I also eat once per day like Sadhguru since the second day , 200g hony for breakfast then lunch. I traveled in India fast one month, but at that moument I did not know Sadhguru..
